またそのように興味を持ってもらえることがうれしくて、接客させて頂く際はこちらも話がついつい長くなってしまうことも・・！
そこで！

We get a lot of questions about how to grow and manage Euphorbia obesa.
So here is how we manage LIGHTHOUSE.PLANTS.

About growing Euphorbia obesa.
＞＞「生育期（春4月〜11月頃）の育て方」＜＜ ＋真夏の休眠時
屋外管理のPOINT
・風通しの良い、雨の当たらない場所。
・直射日光では無く遮光された環境。
（直射日光・西日はどうしても株肌が焼ける原因となります。）
日光においては日の当たる場所・時間ももちろん影響があります。
直射が長い時間あたる場所では遮光率50-60％
・一定時間であれば遮光率30％程度の遮光カーテンなどで対応頂くことをオススメ致します。
・水やりは完全に乾いて2日程度おいて鉢底から流れるまでザーッとたっぷりあげる。
サボテンなど他の多肉を育てているかたはそれらと同じサイクルで。
日数としては1週間から10日に1回程度を目安に！
オベサは春・秋に生育が盛んになります。温度の高い真夏は休眠状態となります。
＊真夏・梅雨時期の管理
国内の高温多湿の環境では水のやりすぎにより蒸れて根が腐ってしまう場合があります。
気温・湿度が非常に高い場合は水やりを控えめに。
室内、屋内 管理のPOINT
・日中、日当たりの良い窓辺。光が足りない場合はLED照射
・風通しの良い場所。サーキュレーターの設置をおすすめします。
・室内、屋内 は特に蒸れにご注意ください。
・水やりはやはり、完全に乾いて2日程度おいて鉢底から流れるまでザーッとたっぷりあげる。
日数としては10日に1回程度を目安に。
＞＞ Growing season (April to November) ＜＜
How to grow OUTDOORS.
・A place where the wind blows well and is not exposed to rain.
・Shaded area. No direct sunlight. (Direct sunlight would burn the surface of the Euphorbia obesa.)
・Sunlight is affected by the location and time of daylight.
In places where there is direct sunlight for a long time, the shading rate is 50-60%.
About 30% shading for a certain period of time
・Watering.
Leave the soil to dry completely for about two days,
then water generously, enough to flow from the bottom of the pot.
In terms of days, about once every 10 days.
Euphorbia obesa grows vigorously in spring and fall. In mid-summer, when temperatures are high, it goes dormant.
Management during midsummer and rainy season
In Japan's hot and humid environment, overwatering may cause steaming and root rot.
If the temperature and humidity are very high, watering should be moderate.
How to grow INDOORS.
・Sunny window. Use LED lights if there is not enough daylight.
・A place where the wind blows (well-ventilated area) Use of a circulator is recommended.
・Be especially careful about "steaming”. It can cause the Euphorbia obesa to rot.
・Watering.
Leave the soil to dry completely for about two days,
then water generously, enough to flow from the bottom of the pot.

＞＞「休眠期（春12月〜3月頃）の育て方」＜＜
屋外管理のPOINT
・屋外で越冬する条件として
「最低温度が5度を下回らない場所」「雨・雪があたらない場所」
・最低温度が10度を下回るようになると水を切るようにする。
＊オベサは暑さにも寒さにも非常に強い植物です。
その環境に慣れた個体であれば実際には、雪を被っても耐えるものもありますが、まずは皆さまの大事な株を大切に育てる環境としてご参考まで。
室内、屋内 管理のPOINT
・日中、日当たりの良い窓辺。光が足りない場合はLED照射
・風通しの良い場所。サーキュレーターの設置をおすすめします。
・ヒーターマットなどで15度以上を保てる方は良く土が乾いているのを確認したうえで、2週間位で土を湿らせる程度の水をやり根に湿度を保たせる。
室内、屋内 とはいえ5度程度になる場合は完全に水を切ったほうが安心です。
・冬の間も室内、屋内 は特に蒸れにご注意ください。
＊室内、屋内 管理においては、「育成環境を保って成長させる」のか「生育を休眠させるのか」
によってそれぞれにあった環境を整えることが必要になります。
＞＞ Dormant season (December to March) ＜＜
How to grow OUTDOORS.
・The minimum temperature does not fall below 5°C . Location away from rain and snow.
・Do not water when the minimum temperature falls below 10°C
・Euphorbia obesa is very tolerant of both heat and cold.
Some Euphorbia obesas can live through the snow if they gradually become accustomed to that environment.

How to grow INDOORS.
・Sunny window. Use LED lights if there is not enough daylight.
・A place where the wind blows (well-ventilated area) Use of a circulator is recommended.
・Water once every two weeks if the indoor temperature can be kept above 15°C with heating. It is enough to keep the soil moist.
Do not water if the room temperature reaches 5°C
・Be especially careful about "steaming”. It can cause the Euphorbia obesa to rot.
・In indoor management
